People often forget to make the most of their front yards! There are so many creative things you can do with you landscaping and front porch to make it just as cozy and livable as your backyard.
The porch is actually the place that my dad and dog enjoy the most! Before the renovation we had a large grassy area and a small, cozy porch. Now we have expanded the porch to 107 square feet and it serves as another gathering and entertaining space! Unfortunately the grass died during the renovation, but now we are looking for a more eco-friendly way to landscape. The landscaping is actually the most unfinished part of the home, we still need to update the driveway, add a paved walkway, tile the porch, and add plants for additional curb appeal. I am excited to get started on the landscaping because I know it will brighten up and add a wonderful contrast to the dark charcoal exterior!
